Please take following BASELINE MEASUREMENTS and send to your coach weekly:

  2. Neck circumference
  3. Arm circumference
  4. Chest circumference
  5. Waist circumference
  6. Hip circumference
  7. Thigh circumference
  8. Front & Side on pics (only send monthly)


Note: DO NOT measure yourself more than once per week!
